      • Orders can be cancelled if they have not been shipped within 48 hours after placement.

      • Orders that exceed 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

      2. Cancellation Process

      We will review your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you of the result and proceed with the cancellation process.

      Step 3: Refund Arrangement
      Once confirmed, the refund process will be initiated immediately according to your original payment method.

      3. Refund Information

      Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, VISA, and others.

      Processing time is typically 2–4 business days depending on the payment provider. If the refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact us for assistance.
