Product cannot be used due to quality issues
Item arrives damaged, incomplete, or with obvious defects
Received product does not match the order description

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The product must be returned in its complete condition, including original packaging, all accessories, and the return label. Failure to meet these requirements may affect the refund process.
Step 1: Submit Request
Contact customer support via email or phone and provide your order number, proof of payment, and a description of the issue.
Step 2: Review & Confirmation
We will review your request and notify you of the result. If approved, the process will proceed to return handling and refund processing.
Step 3: Return & Inspection
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm whether it meets refund conditions.
Step 4: Refund Issuance
After approval, the refund will be processed accordingly.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including but not limited to: American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.
Refunds are typically completed within 2–4 business days after approval. Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment provider.
If the refund is due to product quality issues, damage, incorrect item, or mismatch with description, we will cover the return shipping cost
If the refund is due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
Refunds may be delayed or denied if the returned item is incomplete, improperly packaged, or does not pass inspection. Once an order has entered processing or shipping stages, certain refund requests may be limited.
