      Return & Exchange Policy

       

      Omnilevantx (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides the following return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure a clear and efficient after-sales process. All packages include a return label for return handling. Please keep it safely.

      1. Return & Exchange Eligibility Period

      You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

      2. Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions

      • Product has visible external damage or breakage

      • Product has quality or functional defects

      • Product has odor, significant color difference, or does not match description

      • Received product does not match the order

      • Eligible non-reason return/exchange requests under applicable conditions

      3. Return Process

      Step 1: Submit Request
      Contact customer support via email or phone and provide: order number, proof of payment, issue description, and supporting photos or videos.

      Step 2: Review & Response
      We will review your request upon receipt and respond via your contact information. If approved, return instructions and return address will be provided.

      Step 3: Return Shipment
      Please pack the product securely with all accessories, original packaging, and the included return label, then ship it to the provided address. Please keep the tracking number.

      Step 4: Inspection & Processing
      Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it. If it meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.

      4. Exchange Process

      Step 1: Submit Exchange Request
      Provide order number, payment proof, issue description, and relevant images or videos via email or phone.

      Step 2: Confirmation
      After review, we will notify you of the result and provide return instructions and address details.

      Step 3: Return Item
      Please return the item with all accessories, original packaging, and return label using secure packaging.

      Step 4: Replacement Shipment
      Once the returned item passes inspection, a replacement product will be shipped to you, and tracking details will be updated.

      5. Refund Information

      Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, VISA, etc.

      Processing time is typically 2–4 business days. Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider.

      6. Cost Responsibility

      • If the return is due to damage, quality issues, odor, color difference, or incorrect item received, we will cover the shipping costs

      • If the return is due to personal reasons, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

      7. Important Notes

      Returned items must be complete, including all accessories, packaging, and the return label. Improper packaging that causes damage or missing parts may affect the return outcome. Once an order enters processing or shipping stages, certain modifications may no longer be possible.
